I hold a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Yeditepe University and a master’s degree in nutrition and Behaviour from Bournemouth University in the UK. During my studies, I delved into the profound connections between nutrition, mental health, and overall well-being. My mission is not just to help you lose weight but to enhance your overall quality of life through sustainable nutrition practices.

Growing up, I struggled with weight management, which gave me a deep understanding of the challenges many faces. My first client was myself. My personal journey fuelled my passion for guiding others towards healthier eating habits. Today, I provide evidence-based, personalized nutrition counselling to help my clients navigate their own wellness journeys with confidence.

I specialize in functional nutrition, which allows me to support clients in areas such as weight management, chronic diseases, pregnancy, fertility, and mindful eating behaviours. I believe that every individual is unique, and I am committed to offering tailored solutions to meet your specific needs and goals.
